What is your returns policy?

At Cross & Glory, we want you to be happy with your purchase. Returns and replacements are handled on a case-by-case basis to ensure every customer has a positive experience.

Returns for a full refund are accepted within 90 days of purchase. Items purchased during the holiday season, from 15 October through to the end of the year, may be returned until 30 March.

If your return is due to a product defect or late delivery, Cross & Glory will cover the cost of return shipping.
