How can I check the status of my order?

Once your order has been placed, you’ll receive an email confirmation. You’ll also receive another email once your order has shipped.

To track your order, please log in to your account using the same email address and password you used at checkout.

Can I modify or cancel my order?

If you need to modify or cancel your order, please email us promptly at [help@crossandglory.com](mailto:help@crossandglory.com).

We’ll do our best to accommodate your request. However, once a shipping label has been created, we may be unable to change the items in your order or update the delivery address.

What are the shipping fees for domestic orders?

Our standard domestic shipping rate is $14.95.

Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable once your order has shipped, except where required by Australian Consumer Law. Shipping fees may also change based on carrier rates.

Free shipping may be available on puzzle-only orders where stated in our promotional emails or on our website.

Do you offer international shipping?

No. From this website, we currently ship within Australia only.

You can also find Cross & Glory products on select Amazon marketplaces, including Amazon Australia, Amazon UK and Amazon Mexico, where available.

My puzzle arrived damaged. What should I do?

Our packaging is designed to protect your order, but damage can sometimes occur during transit.

If your order arrives damaged, please email us at [help@crossandglory.com](mailto:help@crossandglory.com) with your order number and a photo of the damage within 48 hours of receiving your delivery.

We’ll review the issue and arrange a replacement, credit or other appropriate remedy in accordance with our policies and your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

What if my item is lost or stolen?

If your order is marked as “delivered” but has not arrived, please allow a few additional business days for it to appear. Occasionally, packages may be scanned as delivered while still in transit.

Please ensure that your delivery address is entered correctly at checkout and monitor your tracking information once your order has shipped.

If there is an issue with your delivery, please contact us at [help@crossandglory.com](mailto:help@crossandglory.com). We may file a claim with the courier on your behalf where appropriate, and we also recommend contacting the courier directly for updates or to lodge a claim.
